The Accounting Process requires these Documents Below:
1. Quotation.
2. Purchase Order.
3. Invoice.
Let´s see in a simple way how this process works in a restaurant:
1. The Quotation is where the prices are. In a Restaurant this document is the Menu.
2. The Purchase Order is where the items you want are. In a Restaurant you orally do it.
3. The Invoice is where the value of your order is organised by items and total. In a Restaurant the Invoice is the Bill or Check.
Once you have the total amount to pay, you do it with cash, a check or a credit card.
